Thirty years ago, the area that became Wyndham community in western Henrico County had a few sawmills and little else. Today, it’s home to the county’s largest subdivision, with more than 1,600 houses and an extensive amenities package that includes a swimming pool, tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts and five miles of sidewalks. And it has a wide range of house sizes and price points, from starter homes to estate-style properties. House styles include Colonial and Transitional, as well as freestanding patio homes with two-car garages.
